Open Position -- Cool Dawn Properties Sales Agent - Jaco Beach Office

• Must be bilingual, Spanish and English                                 

• Must be of good character and present both personal and business references

• Must possess a minimum of one year experience with another real estate broker's office or private real estate company in Costa Rica

• Must have a presentable four wheel drive vehicle

• Must own a private cellular telephone line

• Must have non resident status in Costa Rica

• Must be somewhat financially independent and able to last three to six months without generated income directly since compensation is based on commissions based on sales.
